With the increase in population, the city of San Teresa becomes a hotbed for criminal activity. When a routine fairy trafficking case goes badly wrong for maverick police officer Kei Matoba (voice of Kenjirou Tsuda), he is made to team up with a fairy noble named Tilarna Exedilika (Mayu Yoshioka) in order to retrieve the missing fairy. Despite their vast differences, the unlikely duo must find a way of coming together to complete their task.
