Brian Epstein and John Lennon went on holiday to Barcelona in the spring of 1963. This film examines their intense and sexually ambiguous relationship. Winner of the Special Jury Prize for Artistic Excellence at the 1992 Sundance Film Festival and the Wolfgang Staudte Prize at the 1992 Berlin Film Festival. Ian Hart proved so successful in the role of John Lennon that he was cast again as Lennon two years later in 'Backbeat'.
