All eight episodes of the historical drama starring Kyle MacLachlan and Sofia Helin. When the Nazis attack Norway in April 1940, Crown Princess Märtha (Helin) is forced to flee with her three children and accepts President Roosevelt (MacLachlan)'s invitation to journey to America and stay in the White House, while her husband Crown Prince Olav (Tobias Santelmann) travels to London with his father. As the war continues and Märtha works to secure support for Norway, her relationship with Roosevelt evolves. Meanwhile, Nazi agents still pose a threat even across the Atlantic.
