Michael Arias directs this feature-length anime based on the manga by Taiyo Matsumoto. Black and White (voices of Kazunari Ninomiya and Yû Aoi), two orphans living in the crumbling metropolis of Treasure Town, are forced to act when Snake (Masahiro Motoki) decides he is going to tear down Treasure Town and replace it with a theme park. However, when Black and White fight back to protect their home, Snake sends the yakuza and a trio of deadly assassins to kill them...
