Based on the classic Hatha school, the routines provide an all-round body workout and are designed to revitalise and produce a greater sense of well-being. In 'Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss' Susan guides you through some of the familiar postures of Hatha Yoga including Tree Balance, Half Moon Balance, Boat and Plank. This programme derives its inspiration and technique from Hatha Yoga and demonstrates two levels of postures covering beginners through to more advanced positions. 'Power Yoga' features the popular Ashtanga techniques which use the breath to keep movements flowing in a single continuous whole. Susan demonstrates various postures including Sun Salutation and Warrior.
