Horror sequel directed by Lewis Abernathy. After her husband Roger (William Katt) is killed in a car accident, Kelly Cobb (Terri Treas) decides to move into the old haunted house owned by his family. However, Kelly's brother-in-law Burke (Scott Burkholder) is trying to get the house from her and sell it to a ruthless mob boss who wants to use it as a place to dump illegal waste. When a number of supernatural phenomena then occur, Kelly realises Roger is trying to reach her from beyond the grave and warn her of the danger she is in.
