Videos and DVDs
Four films made in the 1980s by French New wave director Alain Resnais. In 'I Want to Go Home' (1989), American cartoonist Joey Wellman (Adolph Green) visits his estranged daughter Elsie (Laura Benson) in Paris - with disastrous results. 'Life Is a Bed of Roses' (1983) weaves together three stories set in a fantastical castle in the Ardennes forest. 'Love Unto Death' (1984) tells the story of Elisabeth (Sabine Azema) and Simon (Pierre Arditi) who, only weeks into a passionate relationship, must face the possibility that Simon may be on the brink of death. In 'Melo' (1986), a concert violinist meets and falls in love with the pretty young wife of an old friend in 1920s Paris.
