The first instalment of the 'Pokémon: Diamond and Pearl' series. On their way to another contest Ash (voice of Sarah Natochenny) and his friends plan to visit the pastoral town of Alamos. However, they become lost and rely on local tour guide Alice (Khristine Hvam) to bring them safely to their destination. Once there they encounter two powerful Pokémon, Diagla and Palkia, doing battle directly above the town. As each has the ability to transcend time and space Alamos and its people are under threat and their fate depends heavily on whether the mysterious Pokémon Darkrai (Scott Williams) has good or evil intentions.
